Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and perfumes, as well as the exclusive, high-value nature of our rare electronic gadgets, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases once the order has been processed or delivered.
All sales are final.
Why We Enforce a No-Return Policy
  • Cosmetics & Perfumes: To ensure strict health, safety, and hygiene standards, we cannot accept beauty and fragrance items back once they leave our facility.
  • Rare Electronics: Our electronic gadgets are highly specialized and rare items. To preserve product integrity and authenticity, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your orders safely. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right:
  1. Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged item and the packaging.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been shipped from our warehouse.
